Return Policy

DELIVERY & PICKUP

1. Specific days have been set up for each area in RI and MA. We deliver to these areas on the specific days only. Clear directions to your home must be provided.

2. Specific times cannot be given. A person of legal age must be home to receive merchandise.

3. Confirmation of day, address, method of payment, and merchandise must be made in advance of delivery.

4. Abnormal deliveries such as hoisting window removal and replacement, will be bourne at customer expense.

5. Please have rooms empty. Delivery personnel cannot remove existing furniture.

6. Access ways must be free of snow, ice, or any other obstacles before delivery.

7. Furniture Clearance Center will determine if deliveries will be made under or during hazardous conditions.

8. If delivery cannot be made once our truck arrives, customer is liable for delivery charge on invoice. Customer will be given an in store credit for the undelivered merchandise. There will be an additional delivery charge for any re-delivery.

9. 48 hours notice required for pick up orders.

10. Furniture Clearance Center is not responsible for damage to merchandise after it has been delivered or picked up by customer, and signed for in good condition.

11. Furniture Clearance Center is not responsible for tying down, moving, or transferring merchandise.

12. Our shippers release merchandise only.

13. Furniture Clearance Center is not responsible for any damage incurred on a pick-up basis.

SPECIAL ORDERS

1. A 50% deposit is required on all Special Orders.

2. Special Orders are not subject to cancellation.

3. Any merchandise that is not in stock, or is written as a layaway, is deemed a Special Order.

4. Delivery dates cannot be controlled from manufacturers; therefore, Furniture Clearance Center is not responsible for delays.

REFUNDS

1. No cash refunds.

2. Merchandise credit only will be issued on any cancellation - and will be subject to a cancellation carge in the amount of 20% of the total purchase price of the order.

3. There are no refunds or credits on applied fabric treatment.

CUSTOMER LAYAWAY PROGRAM

1. Merchandise may be placed on layaway for up to 3 months on certain items.

2. All layaways require a minimum of 2 payments monthly.

3. Layaways may be cancelled by Furniture Clearance Center if any payment is more than 30 days past due.

4. Cancelled layaways are subject to a cancellation charge in the amount of 20% of the total purchase price of the order.

5. 30 days notice is required before release of any layaway merchandise.

6. No assurance can be made that layaway merchandise will be available if discontinued by the manufacturer during the terms of the layaway.

7. Merchandise sold "as is" or close-out is not subject to dealer prep, service, warranty, refund, exchange, or credit.

• All orders are subject to acceptance by and availability to, Furniture Clearance Center.

• Furniture Clearance Center does not sell, release, or deliver merchandise on approval.

• Full payment must be made before release of merchandise.

• The fabrics or leather used on this order are not guaranteed by the mills. Therefore we cannot assure responsibility for the wearing, quality, or color fastness of any fabric or leather. Sales are final and not subject to cancellation, change, or refuns.
